Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Engagement and Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By signing this quote, you confirm the selected models, finishes, and dimensions of each item. You also agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. Once Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. has placed the order with its suppliers, orders cannot be canceled or modified, in whole or in part. If the client wishes to make changes or proceed with a cancellation, all associated fees will be charged to the client. These fees must be paid upon receipt of the invoice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samples and Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All samples are provided for indicative purposes and do not guarantee that the final product will be identical. Materials have unique characteristics, and Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. cannot guarantee uniformity or perfect arrangement of textures or shades within the same product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Site Conditions for Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The client must ensure that the delivery and installation of the furniture take place on a site that is fully cleared and free from any construction or ongoing work. The site must be ready to accommodate the installation on the agreed date and must provide enough space for the safe movement, assembly, and installation of the furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unloading Area and Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Adequate parking space, free from any other use, must be made available to allow for the unloading of the furniture. If the delivery personnel are required to move their vehicle during unloading due to the lack of a dedicated space, additional charges may apply. If adequate parking space is not available, the delivery may be canceled or postponed, which will result in additional fees for the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If the site is still under construction at the time of delivery, requiring the personnel to wear safety equipment, additional charges will apply to cover these measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right to Refuse or Postpone Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse or postpone the delivery and\/or installation of the furniture if the site does not meet the requirements mentioned (unfinished construction, absence of unloading area, insufficient space, etc.). Fees related to the postponement or adjustment of services will be charged to the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furniture Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Upon signing the delivery receipt by the client or their representative, the responsibility for the furniture, including the risks of damage, loss, or theft, is transferred to the buyer. The client must immediately check the quantities and condition of the products upon receipt. Any discrepancies (missing or damaged items) must be reported on the delivery receipt or the carrier\u2019s bill of lading. A claim must be filed within 48 hours with the carrier and Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. to ensure acceptance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If delivery is postponed at the client\u2019s request for more than one week after the scheduled date, Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. will store the fully paid goods for a maximum period of 6 months. Storage fees will be charged to the client and must be paid monthly upon receipt of the invoice. These fees vary depending on the volume of the goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. products are guaranteed against any material or workmanship defects for a period of 2 years from their receipt at the Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. warehouse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To activate this warranty, the buyer must notify Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. in writing, providing a detailed description of the defect along with photographs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products must be inspected several times a year and maintained and cleaned. Special attention should be given to tightening all screws and bolts, where applicable. Any necessary repairs during the warranty period must be carried out by Espace Cabd\u00e9co Inc. or one of its representatives. Any unauthorized intervention will void the warranty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warranty covers, in order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Repair;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If not possible, replacement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If not possible, a pro-rata refund of the original purchase value.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Espace Cab D\u00e9co Inc. assumes no responsibility for commercial losses or indirect damages arising from a defect, error, or delay. These limitations of liability are an integral part of the order\u2019s terms and conditions. By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer agrees to these clauses. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n
